So we have a WorkCentre 6515 For about the last 5 yearsfor the life of the ownership I've probably had to call in over 12 times because of the connection issues. It should be simple but it's always changing ports or some type of connection, and it constantly makes you call in for technical support.
If you're out of warranty, which it has done for me, I had to pay $25 for a over the phone technical support over three times, and now I just tried it this year and it hit giving me a number to a third party servicer, where it charges $99 minimum just for the on-site visit. I'm so done with this product. You would be wisely advised to stay clear.
This company loves to create more technical issues so you can keep coming back for support and money in their pocket rather than providing a genuine product. I'm pretty technical myself, but this is a whole new level.

Online scam
There is a woman posing as a Xerox employee offering a job. She requests that you private message her through messenger.
She asks you some basic questions and then ask you to download the Telegram app for an interview and then she will proceed to ask you 15 questions regarding your employment background and things of such. Then she will tell you that you're required to hold on while she says the information over to corporate and after several minutes, she will come back and tell you that is great news and you have been excepted for the position and she will ask you for your full name, address, telephone number and email address then she will ask you to forward a copy of your ID to her, it is a fraud, and if this happens, you should report it to corporatesecurity@***.com and your federal trade commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov
User's recommendation: Use common sense and do not give out personal information online especially in instant chat. Report it, it is the only way to stop these people.

We bought the machine from the company (Digitaldruckerei Schleppers GmbH Spreegasse 10, 02625 Bautzen) until September 13, 2022. We UNITY PRINT 27, rue Gros murger, 95220 Herblay, France.
(Xerox IGen4 XXL Digital Printer, Serial Number 112-315**** from Maintenance Agreement No. 200433/008) on September 13, 2022, which has been discontinued. We have problems with Xerox Europe ( France) following an action on the purchase of the machine from the German Xerox, they are not prepared to grant us a contract renewal.
we have moved all the sources to run this machine, no one is ready to help us. their solution is to buy from any other company rather than Xerox due to the service issue.
Even a Xerox person said to through the machine in the dustbin Xerox is like that if you like you can purchase or else you can move out to any other company. do you think this was the company with long-term achievement? this is your product (Xerox igen 4)? you have to give solution.
We are a start-up, we trusted your brand and bought the machine. do you think our problem is trusting your company?
I don't know what to do. As you are the head office of Xerox could provide a solution to this problem to start the machine and give the license to run our business.

Who uses this company?
I have never had poorer customer support from any company ever than I had with Xerox (and their subsidiary ComDoc) and I'm 55 and have been in IT for 30 years. It has been literally 9 months since I have asked them to drop machines that we have paid off the contract on, and they just don't do it and continue to send invoices for maintenance as if the contract is still active.
This is straight up fraud at this point. Any local sales reps are unresponsive.
If I call their customer service line, the reps there speak with such a heavy Asian accent that I truly have to hang up (as politely as I can, it's not their fault). I am just here to say stay away from Xerox and Comdoc.
